As a Calgary based business, JK Molnar develops and creates ideal lease spaces for any sized business. The company opened its doors in 1958, acquiring a portfolio of buildings as the years grew. We are dedicated to our craft, maintaining the highest quality of standards on new builds and retrofits.

JK Molnar, is a family run company, started in the back of a 1000 square foot warehouse. A young couple with an entrepreneurial spirit realized that the building they were based out of was not ideal for the growth that would ensue. Their tenacity and strategic planning was rewarded over time as they broke into the industry. Their roots were strong as each generation joined the company, they brought with them new innovation, expansion and superiority in standards.

JK Molnar now leases space ranging from 1,200 sqft to 75,000. We look forward to opening our doors and creating a long standing relationship with you for years to come.
